I honor you because of the strength you display. You are truly appreciated for the sacrifices you make for your family. The sacrifices you made to put food on the table. Making sure our needs were met and occasionally our wants. I appreciate the late nights we didn’t see you crying when you were trying to figure out how to pay the bills. How you sacrificed your happiness for others and neglected yours. For that I honor you.
I honor you for always being there for me. You understood me when I was lost. You were the glue when I felt broken. You reassured me that everything would be alright. Your prayers that kept me away from any hurt, harm, or danger. For that I honor you.
I honor you for your uniqueness because you are truly one of a kind. Only a mother’s love is unmatched like no other on this earth. I am forever grateful and thank God for having a mother like you. For that I honor you.
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!
